The Bud to Boss Awards recognize employees who:
a) Have been promoted into a leadership, management or supervisory role for the first time during the 2012 calendar year
b) Successfully made the difficult transition from "bud" to boss
c) Led significant improvements in the achievements, morale and productivity of their team
The overall winner of the 2012 Bud to Boss Best New Leader Award wins a scholarship to a nationally accredited MBA program.
